Preparing for a trip had one spare tire that needed replacing after stopping at three other tire brand stores on late notice nobody had the tire size I needed for a trailer not that big Friend tires and they had what I needed. The gentleman at the counter name was Steve. It was very helpful. Got me in and out and about 10 minutes. Great place always recommended great prices. The experience was pleasant.

I had the best experience today at the Ventura location of Big Brand Tire and Service. I made an appointment to have a flat tire fixed. They were prompt, super professional facility, friendly and I did not know this when I made the appointment, flat tire repairs are $0. Who does this? I looked for a tip jar - None! I will definitely look to use them for the other services they offer.

Took my mother's Jaguar in because it had a slow leak in the passenger side front tire. She only drives it to church on Sunday less than 10 miles a week. I half expected them to say that I Would need a new tire (PEP BOYS has done that to me before, Easy to patch nail in the tire, told me policy was to sell a new tire not to plug, which is the reason that I bought tires at Big brand before)To my surprise they fixed it free of charge, How awesome is that! Apparently, the seal of the tire was leaking and they sealed it. Problem solved. MY thanks to Steve for the exceptional customer service he provided. Courteous, Friendly and fast. I highly recommend BIG Brand TIre to all who want great service, great prices and quality products. I also liked the music in the lobby, upbeat and rocking instead of boring elevator music.

Friendly helpful staff got me on the road again with 4 all-terrain tires for my jeep and even did the extra help to make sure that I had a spare that had some tire tread on it

(1)They didn’t know how to install tires on Dually. -Despite telling them three times that the 1984 Dual Axel does not have spacers, I was ignored. Which lead to the exchange with a manager, points 2,3,4 (2) They swore that my bad valve stems were un-repairable or replaceable. -they still mounted the tires without even giving us the change to fix them. They told us afterwards during the chew out. It was a Sunday, so we went to O-Reillys, Auto Zone, and Walmart. Lo and behold, tire stems for a truck rated up to 150psi and both tire stems diameters. (3) They accused me of bringing the wrong rims. -Instead of asking how the rims mount on a dually, it was an instant accusation. I’ve worked as a grease money and tire buster for a decade. Even to this day I have had ask an owner how they assemble their tire on special rims (like the notorious ford 16.5) or break out YouTube university. (4) They made excuses for why they couldn’t get the job done the entire time I was there. -the best to make any customer paranoid is to seem like you do not know what you are doing when performing the service. And that was the general attitude. Dismissive, accusatory and disrespectful. I will note that
